Newberry CSD Moves To Censure
Director Jack Unger
For Costly Misconduct

Director Jack Unger was caught allegedly secretly recording a meeting
in violation of Newberry CSD regulations. And then, he has failed to abide by a
California Public Records Act request to release the video, placing the CSD in legal
and financial peril.
Now the other CSD directors are planning to take action.
The Upshot
We have previously consumed a lot of copy describing how
Newberry CSD director Jack Unger has repeatedly injured the CSD and the
community of Newberry Springs.
There doesn't seem to be an end to the damages and the
inefficiencies rendered by this director.
The other CSD directors have not wanted to address
their colleague. But, Jack Unger has been stupidly pressing their buttons.
The directors now seem ready to address Jack Unger at a
Special Board Meeting set for Thursday, May 15, 2025.
