Part 2 of the Court hearing
on whether Rhoden is placed
in Newberry Springs.
Court will continue on Friday, September 24, 2021,
on the matter of the Sexually Violent Predator, Lawtis Donald Rhoden
being possibly placed in Newberry Springs.
In speaking with the Court's clerk on Wednesday,
September 22nd, it was uncertain whether several Newberry Springs
residents who were unable to address the Court on September 2nd,
will be given the opportunity online.
During the first session on September 2, 2021,
the Court heard from the opponents. The September 24th
hearing will be Liberty Healthcare's opportunity to present
its gameplan to the Court.

The court hearing is set for September 24nd at 1:45 P.M. at
the Fullerton Courthouse, Department N10. The address is 1275 N.
Berkeley Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. The location is approximately
125 miles from the Newberry Springs.
