According to the U.S. Constitution and rights of states
being admitted into the Union, the Western States have
not been given their rightful sovereignty over their land.

San Bernardino County Supervisors rankle their constituents.
With taxpayer supplied subsidies pouring out of Washington, D.C.
to foreign investors willing to install Chinese and European built alternative solar power
equipment in the Mojave Desert, thousands upon hundreds of thousands of acres of pristine
desert are being awarded by the federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
President Obama's legacy of rewarding his political supporters with
taxpayer solar subsidies and his administration's support of BLM gifted land is reaching a
backlash resistant point.
The recent BLM action of bringing in federal paramilitary police to
force Nevadan rancher Cliven Bundy from the land that his family has grazed cattle on since
1870 has ignited a national outcry and has exposed Nevada's Senator Reid as a principle supporter
of such federal terrorist tactics.
One story is that the BLM has been conspiring to remove Bundy
from the land, 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, due to BLM plans to use portions of
the land for solar farms. Although there may be some truth in the allegation,
there is currently no proof of solar development playing a role.
In order to justify their violent eviction actions, the BLM has
claimed that Bundy has not been paying grazing fees to the BLM; and the BLM has charged
that Bundy's far spread cattle might be harming tortoises; something that hasn't seemed
to bother the tortoises in over 140 years (and that solar farms annihilate the
habitat of).
Who is the real American freedom fighter?
(Another idiot U.S. Senator... no wonder we're in such trouble!)
An ardent supporter of the BLM's terrifying actions against
Bundy has been U.S. Majority Leader Harry Reid, Democrat of Nevada, who has publicly
labeled Bundy's supporters as terrorists. Reid himself has been listed on
Judicial Watch
for years as one of its "Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians."
Another heavyweight supporter of the BLM's actions against Bundy is
the Center for Biological Diversity. When the BLM backed-off its actions against
Bundy for "safety reasons," the Center for Biological Diversity immediately threaten to
sue the BLM to force resumed action against Bundy.
Senator Harry Reid was nearly unseated in his 2010 election bid
by Reno, Nevada resident Sharron Angle who was ahead in the polls when suddenly, just before
the election, Reid had a sudden huge influx of campaign funds.
Two years later Sharron Angle volunteered her services to moderate
the Newberry Springs Community Alliance's cosponsored
Barstow Congressional Debate
for the 8th Congressional District seat in March 2012. That contest was eventually won by
Paul Cook who never gave the respect of a courtesy response to multiple invitations by Barstow
residents to attend the debate. A large percentage of Paul Cook's runoff
campaign funding
came from outside the district, principally from Bay Area liberal billionaire,
Charles Munger, Jr., and Supervisor James Ramos' San Manuel Band of Mission Indians who apparently
supported Cook for not running against Ramos for the 3rd District Supervisor seat. Cook's
opponent, Gregg Imus' grassroot funding came almost entirely from within the district.
Senator Harry Reid's campaign funding has been, and currently is,
being investigated for campaign fund irregularities involving an elaborate shuffling of
funds to circumvent the revelation of true donors. At least one conviction has been
made and an FBI investigation on Reid himself appears to be stalling due to interferences
by the Department of Justice under the disgraced U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, and
the Obama Administration.
An article published in September 2012 documented
Harry Reid's eldest son, Rory Reid, as being the chief representative for ENN Energy Group,
a Chinese firm that was planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land near Laughlin,
Nevada. The Reid family has been intertwined in Nevada's solar energy development.
The ENN proposal created controversy when Clark County officials
voted to sell ENN the public land for $4.5 million, far below an appraised value of
$38.6-million. The 9,000 acre project was to be the largest solar array in the
United States. ENN pulled out in July 2013 when it was unable to acquire guaranteed
power purchase agreements with power distributors; an element often critical for financing.
Bundy's past due fees and fines are now reported to be about
$1.1-million. Representing the BLM as the principal deputy director, is Neil Kornze,
who previously served as Senator Reid's senior policy advisor.
Government supporters are saying that Bundy is getting a free lunch
at other Americans expense. Bundy says not so.
Bundy has lost some support recently due to some unrelated
redneck comments that most people today would call bigoted; but studies into Bundy's
contentions about the BLM have revealed a stunning revelation. The so-called federal
lands being administered by the BLM in the West do not appear to be lawfully owned
by the federal government; something that most Americans have never questioned.
Rather, the land appears to belong to the respective states.
There is no right under the U.S. Constitution for the federal government's arrogrant land
grab and the holding of the land that the BLM claims and administers. Furthermore, the
U.S. Constitution and the Federalist Papers hold against it. So Bundy asks, if the
federal govenment doesn't own the land under the Constitution, nor have a right to administer
it for the American people, how does it have any power to arbitrarily set grazing fees
that have already forced over four dozen ranchers, in Bundy's area alone, out-of-business.
Bundy is the last remaining large rancher in the area that is obstructing
the BLM's complete dominance. Bundy is not alone as similar tactics by the BLM are being
played-out throughout the country; hence, Bundy is the poster child of a much larger cancerous problem.
The Federal government has claimed a major portion west of the Continental Divide.

After the thirteen original states joined the Union, all of the
additional joining states were given all of the same rights entitled to the original
thirteen. That included the sovereignty of controlling all of their own land without
federal intervention. The federal government's Western land grab of maintaining claimed
ownership of lands within the states appears blatantly unconstitutional and illegal.
When the West was opening, the federal government offered homesteading
and mineral grants in the territories. When the states were formed, the federal surplus
land should have been turned over to the states. This was not done, in violation of the
law. There is money and power in influencing who and how government land is used; federal
politicians don't want to give that up.
The BLM, Harry Reid, and the green liberal left are successfully
exploiting in their PR the reality that most Americans don't understand the legal complexities
of the Western "split estate," "prior appropriation doctrine," and other principles governing water
rights, grazing rights, and other land use/property rights on "public" and private lands, that
are different in the arid West than in other parts of the country.
Who are the real terrorists?
The BLM actions of bringing a paramilitary police force into Nevada
under the BLM to evict Bundy and his cattle was also blatantly unconstitutional as the BLM doesn't
hold any police powers. The BLM's concern should have been solely addressed through the
courts and the local county sheriff.
The Obama Administration's exercise of unconstitutional powers, and
Congress' allowance of it has inflamed patriots nationwide. In April 2014, over four dozen
national and state leaders met in Salt Lake City, Utah to start strategic planning to retake
nearly half of the land that the federal government controls in the West.
The meeting, called the Summit on the Transfer for Public Lands, had
representatives from nine states, including Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon,
Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Yep, the federal kiss-up state of California didn't show.
However, a Western unification is forming to take back states' rights.
In 2012, the Utah legislature passed a law requiring the federal
government to turn over to Utah all of the land that the federal government illegally holds
in violation of Utah's sovereignty. This was in line with over four dozen counties in the
West having now passed similiar ordinances calling for the federal government to turn over
federal land to the states.
The federal government claims ownership of over 84% of Nevada; in
New York for instance, the number is less than 1%.
Alaska: 69.1 percent
Arizona: 48.1 percent
California: 45.3 percent
Colorado: 36.6 percent
Idaho: 50.2 percent
Montana: 29.9 percent
Nevada: 84.5 percent
New Mexico: 41.8 percent
Oregon: 53.1 percent
Utah: 57.4 percent
Washington: 30.3 percent
Wyoming: 42.4 percent

Article I, Section 8, of the U.S. Constitution, the People acting
through their sovereign states, granted this authority to the federal government:
"To exercise exclusive legislation
in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may,
by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of
the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places
purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be,
for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings."

In short, the federal government's seizure of 1/3 of the Nation's land mass is
unconstitutional. That is a power that was never granted to it.
Much of the wealth of the West is in the land, comprising of minerals,
oil, gas, lumber, water, farm lands, and natural habitat. The East coast federal government
holds an entirely different sense of management priorities than local state interests.
County of San Bernardino
Under the unconstitutional land holding of the feds, states are
experiencing an environmental degradation of their lands and economic harm from forgiven
tax revenues. The billions of dollars of solar infrastructure that are being built
in San Bernardino county are all basically tax exempt. Counties like San Bernardino
are being ravaged by foreign profiteers with little benefit to the counties.
San Bernardino County, on April 23, 2014, held a regional Partnership for
Renewable Energy and Conservation (SPARC) forum in Barstow to acquire public input for the
county's General Plan. Three residents of Newberry Springs attended. At that meeting,
some of the citizens voiced their irate concerns that the High Desert has been relegated as a
dumping site for numerous undesirable projects, including alternative solar energy.
Even BLM projects require some county approval for extracting precious
desert ground water for their solar projects; which the county has been all too happy to sanction.
The SPARC meeting revealed opposition to San Bernardino County taking
the blunt of the state's mandated transfer to solar power. A request was made that the
county and its Supervisors get a "spine" and resist being the principle dumping target of the
federal and state solar edicts.
The message was evident that the People of San Bernardino county want
the Board of Supervisors to represent the destiny of its citizens; not the special interests of
those thousands of miles away. Supervisor Robert Lovingood and Supervisor James
Ramos whose desert districts represent solar site targets need to take the lead if the Board is
going to represent the county's People.
The BLM's federal storm troopers rounded-up about 500
of Bundy's herd.
"Rancher Bundy should've told the feds that those were Mexican cows -
who came across the border illegally to seek better grazing opportunities." Then they
would have been welcomed.

As the San Bernardino county Board of Supervisors has already given
away hundreds of billions of gallons of the county's precious Cadiz and Fenner valley desert
aquifer water to Orange and Los Angeles counties free of charge; a protest was heard at the
SPARC meeting that the county Supervisors could at least show some resistance to protect the
county's remaining natural resources from foreign marauders.
A patriotic challenge against the unduly and unproportional placement of
solar facilities in San Bernardino county could be based upon equal protection under the
law and the lack of BLM's authority to regulate land that under the U.S. Constitution belongs
to the citizens of the state of California.
For those non-thinkers who have been conditioned during their life that
the federal government is the ultimate power, much of that thinking is a fallacy.
The federal Constitution places the power in the hands of the People and their respective
states. As long as the People allow the Washington preditors to dictate how much power
that Washington will control, that tyrannous power will continue to grow, and the People's rights
will further decline.
Hard working rancher, Cliven Bundy, doesn't mence words regarding
those who he feels are intentionally trying not to work, but simply live off the welfare
system. Less than tactful, his wording has given his enemies a cause to use against him.
However, Bundy's view that he doesn't recognize the federal government in sovereign Nevada
is far reaching. All the national parks, monuments, national forests, and other federal
holdings, perhaps even the military bases throughout the country may actually belong to the
respective states who are entitled to administer and benefit from the land and the fees that
the lands generate.
The subversion of the U.S. Constitution by those in Washington, D.C.
has been rampant for many decades; much has gone unnoticed by the general public.
However, with the Internet and social media, the People are starting to take notice and action.
Hundreds of Constitutional minded citzens came to Cliven Bundy's
aid armed. For now, the BLM has temporarily backed down releasing Bundy's rounded-up
cattle; yet many more armed confrontations are likely as federal officials continue to follow
the United Nations Agenda-21 compass of a one World Order that deprives Americans of their basic
Constitutional rights.
Giving states control of federally held land may take many decades; or may
never happen. But the struggle against the federal beast is slowly gaining momentum.
Men like Bundy, and his supporters, are placing their lives on the line.
