    Recognize what is happening to you ! 

    If you live in Newberry Springs, I believe that your Civil Liberties and Civil Rights are being clearly violated by the construction permits and the fugitive dust of Clearway Energy's Daggett Solar Power Project.

    The placement of the project in a Sand Transport Path wasn't accidental.  It was premediated for $money$ with you and the economically disadvantaged community of Newberry Springs being discriminately written off as collateral damage for Clearway's corporate greed.

    Clearway Energy, the County, and the Newberry CSD were repeatedly served with prior knowledge that placing the Daggett project in a Sand Transport Path would create irreparable harm to the downwind Newberry residents.

    When I read Stelter's above post, I feel frustrated.  Is it ever possible to awaken Newberrians to activism?  Clearway can come in, rape our desert, ruin our properties, and cause us tremendous health damage and go unchallenged.

    I am amazed at how much Newberrians will silently take.  If my residence was inundated with carcinogenic dust, I would immediately move to a safe high-class motel/hotel, hire a first-rate hazard cleaning company to clean my residence, and send the bills to Clearway.  Any judge when presented with the evidence would uphold it.

    Clearway is responsible for any carcinogenic hazard being emitted from its property.  It is time that Clearway is held to its responsibility.
