Twenty Newberry Springs residents made it to Ironwood last Saturday, November 19th, for the second meeting with the Cal Poly student group that is assisting the community in its development planning.

The general topic was "Shared Futures."  Using a PowerPoint presentation, the students shared extensive community data that they had derived since the first meeting and presented some proposed development areas along Newberry Road and National Trails Highway.

The residents during the PowerPoint presentation provided comments that assisted the students to broaden their understanding of their Newberry data.

The students have posted a Recap of their Ironwood meeting on their project's website.
